Ratatouille with Parmesan Cheese
A favourite dish of many vegetarians as it is a festival of vegetables: onion, garlic, tomato, red and green pepper, courgette and aubergine.
Gradually fry the julienned and diced ingredients, starting with the onion and peppers. Once the vegetables are mixed, put them in the oven with the cheese to brown.
The result is ready to enjoy.
