Grilled Courgette with Camembert Cream and Pine Nuts

This is a delicious starter based on courgette cut into cubes of about five centimetres, seasoned with salt and pepper and grilled on both sides. 

A cream is made with Camembert cheese and whipped cream and a light vinaigrette of apple cider vinegar and olive oil.

Serve with salt and pepper and add the pine nuts. Very tasty and easy.
